Mark Williams established Williams Lynch Independent Estate Agents in 1998. Based on Bermondsey Street. Williams Lynch is one of the longest established resolutely independent estate agents in SE1, and a trusted name in the local area.

We specialise in the Southbank, which has become one of the most sought-after locations for London property, and have expert local knowledge to provide a comprehensive service.

Our ethos as a company is to provide honest expert, all round property services. To achieve this, we have built a team with immense knowledge of the local property market who are committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Having lots of experience in the property industry at a senior level I wanted to offer a service which avoided the shortcomings I’d found working for both independent and corporate estate agency operations. My objective; to build a local SE1 sales lettings and management agency based on the simple – but so often neglected – principles of professionalism and integrity.

Edvard (‘Eddi’) is a Sales Director at Williams Lynch. With over 20 years’ experience and an intimate knowledge of South and South-East London, Eddi is a highly skilled and professional individual with unrivalled local expertise. His passion to stand out from the crowd and give his clients the very best service has gained him an established reputation in the local community. Eddi’s honest and caring approach is well respected amongst his clients, and this, coupled with his high level of practical skill, enable him to achieve the very best results. Whilst Eddi’s native Iceland is very dear to his heart, he is pleased to have built such an established reputation within Williams Lynch on Bermondsey Street.

Dene is the Lettings Director at Williams Lynch. With a diverse and expansive knowledge of sales and property lettings, Dene has an established and unparalleled reputation for his professional, honest approach to advising his clients. Having previously worked in Spain as a Director of his own enterprise, Dene is highly experienced in legislation compliance, using this knowledge to lead a mature and professional team who strive to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Onal

Onal is a Senior Lettings Associate at Williams Lynch. With previous office management and trading experience, Onal brings a diverse range of knowledge to the lettings team at Williams Lynch. He has worked within the property industry for 12 years and puts customer satisfaction at the core of his approach in dealing with clients. Onal has a passion for the vibrant scenes of Bermondsey Street and Central London, and uses his enthusiasm for the local area to provide honest and reliable advice to his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and socialising with his colleagues and friends.

Senior Lettings Associate

Ben

Ben is a Senior Lettings Associate at Williams Lynch. Originally from Cornwall, Ben moved to London 5 years ago, setting up and running his own estate agency at the age of 22. Ben has over 10 years of experience in the property industry, ranging from property management, lettings, sales and running an agency. He prides himself on maintaining a chatty, friendly and honest relationship with all clients, and comes up with solutions to suit the needs of his customers. Ben is a lover of all sports, particularly football and F1. He enjoys photography, travelling, and is partial to a pint or 11!

Head of Property Management

Michael

Michael is head of Property Management and accounts at Williams Lynch. With over ten years’ experience in the property industry, Michael has a well-rounded knowledge of property management, and advices his clients promptly and professionally on matters including maintenance, deposit disputes, property legislations and the eviction process. Michael’s direct and honest approach has always been welcomed by those who have worked with him.

Catherine

Catherine is a Senior Property Manager at Williams Lynch. After joining Williams Lynch in 2017, Catherine received a promotion in August 2019 to senior level. Her time in Estate Agency started back in 2002, and with a wealth of sales and letting knowledge, Catherine enjoys her role in property management. She has a work hard, play hard outlook on life, and thoroughly enjoys working within the Williams Lynch team.

Phillip

Phillip Marques is an experienced Property Manager who trained and practised in his native Sydney, Australia. Phillip graduated from the University of Technology Sydney and was a certified Property Manager for 15 years working in Sydney’s high end property market. His clients included private professionals who invested in the Eastern suburbs lucrative properties renting to other professionals. He also managed portfolios of multiple properties for corporations and developers who demanded high standards of service for their tenants and at the same time ensuring profitable returns.

Administrator/Lettings Coordinator

Adriana

Adriana is the administrator and lettings coordinator at Williams Lynch. Prior to joining the Williams Lynch team in 2018, Adriana worked within the property industry for over 12 years. Her role within Williams Lynch encompasses coordinating the lettings procedure/department to ensure everything runs smoothly. Adriana consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and care when dealing with her customers, and is passionate about providing the best possible customer service. Outside of work, she is a busy mother of two with a love of travelling, and when not working she can usually be found at the Royal Opera House!

Csaba

Csaba is a Senior Sales Associate at Williams Lynch. With a wealth of international experience as a residential sales professional, Csaba has worked with a range of clients to successfully fulfil a diverse variety of requirements. Csaba’s honest, reliable and professional approach to advising clients prioritises customer satisfaction and puts integrity at the core of the guidance he offers. Outside of work, Csaba loves to travel and learn about the lifestyles of other people. He is interested in the most recent scientific discoveries and is passionate about finding ways to improve our society.

Mark Goldstein

With over 30 years’ experience in the property industry Mark is highly experienced in all areas of sales lettings and property management. Mark has worked for independent and corporate estate agencies since the age of 18 and prior to his work at Williams Lynch ran his own successful enterprise for over 10 years. Mark has worked in many different areas including East London Docklands and Essex and has an outstanding diversity of knowledge and motivation to assist his clients. He is married with two children and outside of work he enjoys squash and swimming.
